From entering found procedures, being carried out, polite staff.
Efficient, not long waiting, friendly, organised from entrance to exit!
Felt safe with the covid procedure and staff very friendly and professional.
The people were polite courteous, and made me very comfortable.
My overall experience of this hospital. I have been treated very well though out my day. Nothing was to much trouble for the staff.
Friendly and informative.
Always treated with care and respect./nAll staff put you at ease.
I was made to feel at ease all the time- my only negative was that I needed assistance to go to the toilet and had to wait for 25 mins before assistance arrived as there was only 1 person to answer the call bells for the whole ward- she was run ragged- please look after your staff and ensure there are the correct amount of all times. You need them and we needs them too.
