Everything from original consultancy to post op care was excellent. During covid 19 restrictions the delivery of service was above and beyond expectation. The ROH is the Gold standard of NHS excellence.
Suggested improvements
There was a small amount of admin misunderstanding in arranging pre-op assessment however this period was during covid 19, so completely understanding.
