My physiotherapist listened well.
I was explaining my balance problems and has explained in a manner my difficulties and how to try to overcome them.
I think the exercises are helping and will continue to help providing I maintain them.
Self help is the improvement.

Staff are very friendly and helpful.
There is plenty of advice and clear instructions on how to assist with exercises at home.
It would be good if you would continue with the same physio from the ward but physio care was excellent.
