I had very good calls with Nicola who listened, explored and understood my injury. She tested and assessed and then provided me with really good exercises that greatly improved my achilles. We then had a really comprehensive follow up and Nicola provided me with further exercises that have, over the course of 4-5 months, brought me back to full fitness. I am now able to do all my daily exercise and activities as good as new! A really great service.

We were limited to calls and on-line due to Covid but that was really good and the provision of exercises by email etc was ideal. Not sure anything else could have been done better even if face to face had taken place.

Nicola Bradbrook was excellent- I received a telephone assessment followed by video call to demonstrate and practice exercises- Nicola was professional, very clear, very approachable and compassionate- excellent consultation thank you

Good care and I was involved in my recovery at each stage. On-line physio appointment and looked after by staff member. I am employed by SWFT NHS Trust.

It would have been a better experience if I was seen in person as not seen by a professional throughout my condition. I was unsure at certain points if there was anything else going on which needed more investigations.
