Sarah Coles is one of the best physiotherapist I have met in the UK. She is very kind and compassionate, understands the problem and knows what she is doing. I have been struggling with back pain and sciatica pain for over 9 months now without much support. Meeting Sarah only for couple of appointments has changed my life a lot better. I wish if I had her as my physio since beginning of my problem I would be better by now. Thanks Sarah.

It would be good if we can have frequent face to face appointments with physio as sometime i have to wait 4-6 weeks to get next appointment

My experience with the SWIMS team was excellent. Mrs Regan Foxon went out of her way to make contact with me knowing my wrist was causing a lot of pain as a new mum. Mrs Foxon was on time and thorough exploding all implications of each procedure. The whole team were efficient and excellent. I thank the team and the NHS for their work.

Alie and Craig have provided me with the best service I have ever had from the NHS they have helped me physically, spiritually and encouraged my progress.

Possibly improve the 'exercise leaflets' with more detail and clear instructions.
