I had an appointment today with Ms Claire Howe. I arrived very worried because I was thinking that my condition was getting worse and did not fully understand why and what the future would hold. Claire explained my MRI scan to me so that I could understand exactly what was causing my problems. I found her very easy to talk to and came away feeling much better than I had for ages. It gave me a knowledge of what I should do to help my condition with the correct exercises etc.and what to avoid. I can't thank her enough.
