The help I got was very professional. Often with 2 physios. They listened to the problems I was experiencing in my everyday life and tried to address them e.g. getting up and down kerbs. They also observed me walking and gave me feedback on how I could improve. They gave me more time than I was led to expect I would get but I would have liked more if only say a monthly session.
