Everything about the experience was done with care and attention to detail.
I stayed here for 2 days whilst having a hip operation and the whole experience was fabulous! The room was comfortable and very clean and all the nurses are lovely they couldn’t do enough for me!
My experience couldn’t have been more pleasant
Rowley Hall is a small hospital in very attractive surroundings. The care is second to none. I was in a comfortable room with my own en suite and with views if the garden. I was not particularly well the day after my operation but the staff gave me every care and looked after me. Every member of staff treats you with care and respect. The good is good too. I would have no hesitation in recommending Rowley Hall. You are made to feel an individual not just a number.
The care provide to me was first class and I was treated with respect and compassion.
All members of staff were friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble.
I would have no hesitation in going back in the future if necessary and would recommend anyone to go there for treatment.
Fantastic hospital, wonderful staff, the only thing that I will say is the parking, it is very limited, however that has no reflection on the hospital itself.
I was treated at Rowley Hall Hospital in January 2022, for a hip replacement operation as a NHS patient.
The care and attention to detail and personal consideration by the staff was second to none. I was fully appraised of all procedures and requirements and cannot praise to highly the professional approach of all staff.
The Hospital is small in character but does not appear too crowded or obtrusive. The clinical areas are of a high standard and for someone who has never previously had an operation, did not appear to be intimidating or intrusive.
I would not hesitate to recommend or revisit Rowley Hall on a future occasion.
As always I found the staff at Rowley Hall to be kind, efficient and helpful.
The facilities are excellent and the patients are treated in pleasant and comfortable surroundings.
My experience at Rowley Hospital was positive both as an outpatient and an inpatient.
The room I had for my overnight stay had a beautiful view of the garden where I was able to view the birds and squirrels scampering in the snow whilst awaiting my turn in theatre.
Sadly, as a presumably listed building, there was a visible gap in the wooden frame doors to the outside, this resulted in a cool room on what was one of the coldest days of the year. The staff tried very hard to make me more comfortable but Mother Nature won on that day.
Also, despite notification ahead of admission, the availability of gluten free provisions for breakfast was minimal.
Excellent
good care throughout
