Not allowed to keep my mouthwash in my room and I need to take it every two hours when I go to ask for it I was told I have to take it twice a day when I know I need it twice a day I have no heating in my room so have to sit In the day room but it’s too loud if I want to read and you’re not allowed in ladies room without ,member of staff and quiet room is used as a visitors room.

Lack of common sense and adequate space for quiet time
