The lady I saw was lovely so understanding and caring. I feel all sorts of emotions are good ones. She made me feel like I wasn't a nuisance, her care was superb, I only hope on the next visit I have to aware to see her again. I came in a nervous break and went out really happy and thanks to her as for improvement there is nothing to improve.

Arrived for appointment. No one on reception. Am still waiting 20 mins later. Not very good at all.
