Well explained, friendly and professional. Only complaint. Speed bumps in entrance way. Have bad back- as many do- and this makes this worse. Drivers try to go slowly but bumps can.

That she listened and didn't dictate. She gave me booklets and knowledge and really explained the healthy eating process.

Adel listened to me and her replies were relevant to what I had said.
She knew her subject so she could tell me about the easy and difficult veg. to digest so no improvement needed.
She had practical 'hints' that would make it easy to implement her ideas.

Jaen Bround was -personable.
-Helpful.
-Frank and honest.
-Encouraging.
What could be improved ? :
-Written information on basic principles of metabolism/nutrition.
-Written meal plan examples.
