Appointment cancelled without notification. Never been able to make weekly appointments as told to do by physio 3 wk gap is not good for anyone. Department is too busy to give patients the correct treatment they require. Acupuncture seems to be the quickest way to get patients in and out there is not time for alternative hands on soft tissue care. Very unprofessional.
