The care I have been shown by youre has been excellent. The reception staff are also very pleasant.
The only improvement would be to get an earlier referral- I had to pay to see a physio privately before my appt. came though-4 times!

After a good start with my first visit, I was disappointed this morning when the physiotherapist didn't turn up for my 7.50 am appointment. The receptionist was extremely apologetic but it wasn't her fault, she gave me another appointment for the same day.
