Friendly, helpful staff good surroundings in outpatients.
Light, airy and decent magazines to read (something often overlooked but important if you have to wait for a long time.
Treatment received very good.

Very direct and to the point.
What could be improved is that my appointment could have been a telephone conversation, instead of making me come to clinic as I am in a wheelchair.

Lots of problems actually getting the appointments, especially the first one!
But professionals seeing my son were marvelous and helped enormously - could even say life changing thank you.
