Everyone was polite and friendly, there was hardly any waiting time, the experience of my appointment was a good one.
Nothing is ever 100% perfect, but I can't see room for improvement here.

Only one thought - because we are going to a 24/7 society and the hospitals have so much fixed overheads should we not be going to a 7 days a week service?
