Loum Dr - Very rude, after asking questions and showing concerns about my car infections I was spoken to in inappropriate way. Dr's however frustrated with the same questions should respect that at the patient we don't know everything and place treat the patient in an appropriate way and with respect. Left for over an hour in dept with no info as my file had been lost - more communication please.
