Friday 29 May 2015 11:25am - As always the staff at QVH Outpatients were super. The problem is with the appointment booking system. My notes stated to see Mr Fragkiadakis, but TWICE I have been given an incorrect appointment with his locum Mr Siva. Fortunately Mr Siva and the Nurse (Jan?) were very helpful and apologetic. I am waiting for an operation. It is now 15 weeks since I saw Mr Fragkiadakis and 13 weeks since my CT scan. The scan will now be out of date. Our 16 year old daughter was on parade for the Queens visit to Lancaster, and I let her down by not being there, this is just unforgivable. Telephoning 0845 055 999 only puts you through to a department that has not been very helpful in the past.
