1. Complete confidence in Alex. 2. Paint friendly approach physiotherapist with a very clear way of explaining treatment and outcomes of the treatment. 3. Left me feeling much better with a sense that if needed there would be follow-up treatment but I feel as long as I need her advice I will not need it.
