I was treated by Emma and received excellent care from her, much different to my last physio treatment in 2015. Emma examined me, on first appointment, very thoroughly. I hadn't received that last year. The only thing that I felt could be improved:- To ask patient if it is okay to leave messages on phones. Or at least have a phone number which takes in coming calls.
