I received great care on ward 37, this was after being on the pre-assessment ward for over 6 hrs due to fact that repeat bloods had to be done as the originals got lost my parents had to take me for x-ray as no porters were available. The staff on 37 made me comfortable and were able to answer any questions I had. They worked hard in extreme busy circumstances. Thank you.
