What could be improved- the toilet & shower facilities bulbs in overhead lamps- more easily accessible lockers.

"Paul" was fantastic and re-assuring, as was consultanting team/ops theatre. Felt unconfident about some of the other nursing staff as they were very busy and didn't have time to tend my needs, left in pain and uncomfortable for longer than necessary (apart from Paul).
