Kept updated regularly on what is happening. Considering the waiting times, the chairs could be comfier if no beds available.

The nurses and doctors on this ward are amazing! I came in upset and very concerned about my health. The patient care I received was outstanding. The explanations, advice, care and treatment were all exceptional. All the staff went above and beyond their jobs to ensure I was comfortable and fully understood medications/procedures etc. Food was also good. Big thank you to all.

Amy was fantastic, really put Elle/me at ease as she was really scared about what might need doing.
The staff were very informative at all times.
