Review of Brotherton Wing Clinic (4800)

The model of care at BWC provides good patient support and helps patients to have ownership of their care. I know I can ask questions and will be given an informed response that I can understand.
I would hope to see this standard applied at other clinics.
Suggested improvements
It's difficult to suggest anything, while the Covid 19 situation remains.

I attended LGI A&E last night around 6pm due to ? cauda equina. I would like to thank everyone who looked after me and saw me that day. All staff including the nurses and my doctor were kind and compassionate. I was frequently updated on what was happening and everything happened a lot quicker than I anticipated. Thank you everyone for your care and work that you do. I can not remember your names although each and everyone of you introduced yourselves to me. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Excellent NHS facility. Staff very polite and explained process clearly. I was seen quickly, efficiently and safely. Felt very COVID secure at all times.

I came into A&E in the middle of the night and was seen by a lovely Dental trainee Azin Amin, she was very friendly and professional and I was out of the department very quick feeling very reassured. thank you :)

The staff on this ward were all amazing, they all attended to our needs promptly. I was put at ease and assured throughout my daughters treatment on this ward!
