All staff were friendly and welcoming putting me at my ease, both before and throughout the procedure. The staff included me in discussions and were very calming, especially when at times I became a little anxious. They were professional at all timed and I don't think this could be improved on.

It was a lovely ward to be on, the nurses treated you with dignity also they responded to your needs. I only hope they treat me with the same kind of kindness when I return.
