Very pleasant staff.
S/N - A.O - phlebotomist, HCA- paramedics - excellent.
Timely treatment, pain relief, ECG and bloods, still awaiting blood results.

Everything apart from one nurse who said and didn't need my antidepressant which was very upsetting and she was very rough handling me in the night.
All other staff were brilliant with me.

Each member of staff (cleaners to consultants) were all very nice people and I felt you could ask anyone of them a question and if they don't have an answer they would get somebody who could sort out your problem. Before each procedure, everything was explained and any questions answered. I felt much calmer having spoken to someone who explained what they were going to do. Thank you all for taking care of me. I am really grateful to you all. Thank you so much.
