I arrived at A&E and was from the moment I arrived at the desk until I was discharged every member of staff were great from the receptionist through to the porters. The triage nurse that looked after me was fantastic and stayed with me from triage through to re-sus. The care and compassion especially from the A&E nurse was so good I felt like I was in a private hospital. The nursing profession has come under critique over the last few months in the press but I can assure you that the care I received was a credit to the profession. Thank you to all of the team who dealt with me on Thursday the 9th of January. Thank you so much and well done to the LGI for having such nice staff.
