I forgot to complete the questionnaire - hence the on-line reply. On the questionnaire which was handed to me the names Paul and Rachel were written on thr form. Paul and Rachel were excellent. I was nervous and worried about what was going to happen but in no time at all I was relaxed and felt I was being looked after by two experienced, professional people. When I left to rest for a few minutes in the 'Waiting area' Rachel came to check I was OK. In the past few years I have received an excellent service from the NHS. Many thanks.
