My pre assessment came about after a routine check up which I thought would result in being discharged. However, I found I will need an operation. I was told I could have my pre op assessment straight away. My appointment was on time and I was immediately seen at assessment, as soon as I walked there. The assessment was very thorough and I was given clear, helpful information with leaflets to take home. I could not have asked for better care. I have a son with extreme physical needs. I was asked about him and his needs when I am in hospital. I was also delighted to see the Clarendon now has a Changing Places toilet. I have tweeted this good news. Well done LGI and Leeds Teaching Hospitals.
