Bad, not kept informed enough about what was happening with my care. parent not allowed on ward before visiting time when I was due to have my operation even though my notes showed I suffered with anxiety and way really really scared about the operation and I was in a side room. Left with no fluids for 19 1/2 hours while waiting for operation. Good - ovely, friendly and very informative evening staff. Staff member stayed with me until I went into theater as I was very nervous. This really made me feel at ease.
