Once I reached the ward 12.15 at night everyone was concerned and treated me very well, including a much appreciated sandwich and cup of tea having not eaten for nearly 12 hours. The medical staff were efficient and as quick as possible so I could get into bed. In this kind of ward comings and goings of staff doing their work makes sleeping difficult but everyone was always concerned and made sure I was Ok. Are all the machines that go bleeping the night necessary.
