All staff were friendly, approachable and very caring. On my arrival to the ward following my operation, I was cared for by a 2nd yr student nurse(? Lucy late shift 24.11.16). The care she provided was exceptional. The following day Sn Anthony Hafford was assigned. He was extremely approachable and sensitive to my needs. I had been very anxious prior to my surgery and despite the pain I was in, felt very well cared for. The neurological team were exceptional, with full explanations.
