Feel empathy and respect
Staff always good
I can't grumble on my care
Staff are good and polite
Staff struggle to let go of more able bodied patients.
We don't know what we are doing, we make decisions we don't know about.
The way staff look after the patients is tremendous
I didn't visit
I felt further traumatised by the insensitivity, lack of understanding and lack of resources available to me. I wasn’t given my log in email until I called and asked, I then had to ring again to ask the doctor to join the meeting very poor logistics and poor care I was advised that I should ask to be discharged when there was nothing they could offer except still being on a waiting list. The doctor also didn’t know the reason for the meeting(neither did I, I didn’t request the appointment, I assumed it would be an update or a plan for me), hadn’t read my notes so frustrating and disheartening lack of care.
