Staff take care and time.
Only criticism I have is as my mum's daughter sometimes day ward used for meetings, at visiting time, so we cannot use it.

A good first experience of the Community Brain Injury Service.
Just one admin complaint. The map I was sent of the site at Wellingborough with the appointment was totally illegible.
