Nothing is too much bother. The staff are always cheery. Physio at the weekend would be an improvement or activities.

The bells for the alarm call goes off frequently and I have not pressed the button. Unfortunately now I have had the problem where I did press the button before 5 am and the bells didn't ring and I got no answer for nearly 1 1/2 hrs. I know this has been a problem for some time and wish it could be resolved A.S.A.P.
