[name removed] was my physio and was professional, kind, caring, sensitive to my needs and excellent at his job. He has helped me over six months with improving little and often explaining every step of the way how much I was to expect and not to put too Much pressure on myself. His Knowledge was clear and helped me to understand what what happening to me. On the other hand the receptionist when I needed to change one of my appointments was insensitive and I felt quite rude made me feel awful for having to make the change. You shouldn’t have to say why you need to change the appointment. It was personal and none of her business. This should not be asked.
