I’ve been trying to get help from you guys for over three years and still haven’t had any meaningful treatment. In which time my mental health has just spiralled out of control to the point where I’m on Lorazepam daily and have been for the past two years plus
Really feel let down completely by the mental health services, to the point now, where I have just so come to the realisation that I won’t be able to get any help,
We are really sorry this has been your experience. We are reviewing how people access community mental health services so your feedback is very welcome. However, if you still need support, please contact our confidential helpline (pals) on 0800 917 8504 or pals@nhft.nhs.uk.
Wasn't asked regarding beliefs or culture
Or asked about my faith
Thank you for your feedback and sorry that this happened. You should have been asked so that we can better understand your needs.
Yes, it is essential that we ask about beliefs and culture and this forms part of the assessment process. I am sorry if this didn't happen. I have passed your comment to the service manager to remind staff. Best wishes, Hugh Jones, Patient Experience Manager
not very consistent with contact and support. sometimes go weeks overdue from waiting for contact on a certain day and doesn't provide much support when there's a lack of consistency

Understanding and helpful
Patient says- his care couldn't be better. He says he loves it here and wishes he could stay.
I am so pleased you were happy with the care given. it is a great team on Beechwood. It has now yet been confirmed if Beechwood is closing, we will wait and see.
I am glad you found the staff to be kind and generous. I agree there could be more learning around patients that identify as transgender. I will bring this up at our next ward meteting.
Quality and positive attitude of staff feels homely with staff having a sense of humour and forming a relationship with staff.
Generally very good. Therapy very good.
I am really sorry that some staff were abrupt. This is not acceptable, as we expect all staff to be kind. I have sent your comment to the ward matron to discuss with staff. Best wishes, Hugh Jones, Patient Experience Manager
