Very informative - I learned a lot about my back, my condition and how a lot of the information we hear from others in incorrect/outdated.
The sessions were very interactive and I felt able to ask anything I needed and everyone was quick to help, if necessary.

Suzanne and Vicky were very kind and explained everything to me.
Physio appointments were not what I expected. Physio was done at home with the exercises given in the appointments.
I have not had physio before so didn't know what to expect.
