Staff was polite
I receive excellent care and all very grateful for your care.
Happy with service.
Ed was a superb communicator both in speaking and listening skills. I feel like I had excellent service even though all the physiotherapy sessions I had were done remotely by telephone. I did not feel rushed. I felt cared for. My thoughts and opinions were valued and questions I asked were explained in full.
As a result of the excellent care I have received the exercises I have been given have reduced my pain to almost nil. I feel stronger. I also feel empowered to manage the physical difficulties I have had for many years. This has increased my self confidence to push myself more physically which can only do good.
It is great that the physio sessions cover both pain management and exercise.
I wish to thank Ed very much for all he has done for me and send very best wishes to him and his team in the superb work they are doing. :)
The nurses are great, hard-working and do their best to understand the needs of each patient.
Thank you so much for your positive feedback.
Excellent initial telephone session with Lauren, who took great care is assessing my shoulder injury, the symptoms and impact.
I was treated with absolute professionalism throughout the call and was impressed by how interactive the call was.
Lauren addressed all of my questions brilliantly and adapted the call in response to my interest in the subject and desire to make a good recovery.
After the call, I received an email containing a pair of useful exercise sheets, which in included links to a website with videos demonstrating the various exercises. Lauren also shared some other useful links to websites which have helped explain the nature of my injury and the most promising path to recovery, via targeted exercise.
Many thanks for the excellent level of care and information received.
Vikki was so patient it did take several weeks for me to start feeling the benefits of physio. I had been having severe pain in my knee especially at night, some nights only managing to get around 4 hours sleep night after night and walking up the stairs at home was not an easy task. I must say it is not only support through exercises I received but emotional support as well she helped me to keep focused on getting better. Trying different techniques and if that didn’t work try something else.Even when I had flare ups and had to rest my knee for a couple of days I wanted to get back to my exercises as they have really strengthened my knee, I walk so much better and to walk without pain is wonderful. To sleep through the night with no pain! Hallelujah. Vickie seemed genuinely interested in trying to help. Thank you.
A telephone appt was made and was kept. The physio. Was friendly, approachable, informative and concise.
After speaking to her and respecting her knowledge I feel more positive than I have for a very long time.
She assured me that I would not be judged in a negative way, but would do her best to help and aid my recovery.
I was very impressed by her method of explaining my medical condition ,and subsequent treatment plan.
Thank you for your kind words, I will feed this back to the team.
