My CPN (Tasha) was amazing. The doctors listened to me when I was having issues and explained things to me. I felt like they discussed options but did make decisions for me, telling me what I was meant to do at times.
However when Tasha went on maternity, I was at the end of my SCM programme and never got the discharge phase as I was just forgotten about...
I am really sorry this has been your experience. I will pass on your comments to the service manager. if you feel you are not getting the treatment you need, or wish to discuss further, please contact our patient advice and liaison service for a confidential discussion on pals@nhft.nhs.uk. Best wishes, Hugh Jones, Patient Experience Manager.

Very friendly, yet respectful and professional. Asked lots of questions and listened to me.
I received call that I was in different area for treatment. So I informed them that I already attended the appointment
A fast efficient service an alternative way incovid times..
I've been a patient at Isebrook Hospital for almost two years now.
The support offered has been amazing and is always helping me on my journey.
Being around fellow brain injury patients and having the support is qualified professionals is a good balance to offer support.
Thank you for your comment. We usually have drop-in coffee mornings every six weeks but these have unfortunately not been possible to run due to Covid restrictions. We are hoping to start a virtual coffee morning very soon. Best wishes, High Jones, Patient Experience Manager
They worked hard to get a good understanding of me, my injury and my situation and have been tirelessly supportive. I couldn’t fault them.
I was always treated with dignity, respect and kindness by the Consultant Psychiatrist and the Clinical Psychologist that looked after me during my care. Also the consultant psychiatrist’s secretary was extremely helpful and understanding, I never felt it was too much trouble to ask for her help.

Practitioner Lynsey Owens.
From the initial telephone contact, Lynsey was caring, patient and flexible.
I had limited availability and Lynsey was able to offer me suitable weekly appointments.
We worked at a pace that was based on my needs. I did not feel rushed.
I felt listened to and supported.
Course material was delivered at an appropriate pace.
I was kept informed of the process and given feedback from the weekly team meetings when it was relevant to me.
My son was able to join some of the sessions and his views were considered and respected by Lynsey.
Our feelings were acknowledged and many strategies were explored and reinforced.
My son and I received an excellent service and we have both contributed to this feedback.
My personal thanks go to Lynsey who was amazing,
They were kind, helpful and knowledgeable couldn’t have done anything better.
