My telephone appointment went very well it wasn’t rushed and every detail of my treatment was explained to me. I feel quite confident with the exercises I have been given will help to improve my pain.

Where possible we do try to offer video call however sometimes this isn’t possible .

thank you for your feedback we do have a choice of tea ,coffee ,hot chocolate , horlick or soft drink .It is avaiable at all time on patients request. at your admission you should be provided with an information booklet ,apologies if you you missed it

Some times need to go toilet and have to wait quite a time due to lack of staff
We apologies if you did wait so long for toilet ,unfourtanately we are really struggling to cover a large number of staff on shielding due COVID 19. We are agreedable with you regarding a hot drink at nightime .We are restarting drink at 8 pm or give a choice to patients if they would like a hot drink
