Excellent service was seen once and the others appointments were by phone
Steve Rigby has been treating me for post op physio. He has given me more information than either the doctors or nurses who treated me in hospital ( this is not a criticism of the op team -I realise they are all stretched), but it’s helped enormously. His manner with patients is open, engaging and professional. Also, this has tied in with the mental health aspects of recovery which is a refreshing change in this busy world. Thank you .

Great service. My only criticism is that I didn’t receive it sooner.
I wad put on a group session online
But would prefer 1-1 as I have anxiety I didn’t cope with the meeting and left I feel really rude for doing that but I could feel myself panicking

Your rehab service is absolutely brilliant, with your nursing care, OT, and physiotherapy I was soon up and walking again, I am so pleased my ms nurse admitted me to Beechwood, I feel so more positive now.

Our doctors review patient’s medication at least weekly and sometimes need to make changes or cannot accommodate patients requests due to contraindications with other medications, I am sorry that this was not explained to you adequately and I will raise this with our medical team.

Staff nice, service is well.
I am sorry that you did not feel our arm chairs were adequate for you needs. Our therapy staff assess every patient for suitable seating and re-assess on every contact, I am sorry that this was not adequately explained to you and that you did not feel able to raise this with them.

Before I came here I could hardly walk with the rehab team I am mobile and walking (with) pain again my pain issues have not been dealt with seeing my own {Goithen inform.}
