Overall a poor experience.

Suggested improvements
As a person suffering from depression and anxiety I found the numerous phone calls and letters only increased my problems. I work full time and unable to take calls. Out of hours calls seem hard to get. You sent me a letter recently saying you have tried to contact me by phone but no answer. I should contact you within 14 days or my case will be close. I called you with that time limit. You said you would email my contact & get here to call me. That never happened. Now I presume you have closed my case. My doctor has been helpful. Mental health have been useless. People need face to face consolidation. [name removed]
