Despite the fact that all consultations were over the phone due to the pandemic, I received clear and easy to follow directions which allowed for an accurate assessment and treatment. Considering the circumstances, the physiotherapist, Mr Steve Kent, did an excellent job.
Suggested improvements
If the consultations were done through video call it would have shorten the sessions.
