Share review of Isebrook Hospital

It is hard to reply because I am still waiting for a call. The one call I had went well and the lady was very nice, but as yet I don't feel I have received any "service" yet.

I missed a call on Friday, called back but couldn't arrange a specific time for the call back, so I'm just waiting. This I don't think is helpful, why couldn't I book an appointment? What if I am unable to take the next call bc I work full time? If I knew when the call would be I could ensure I'm free, instead I just have to hope.
