Since I was transferred from NGH to Isebrook, the physio team have done an excellent job in taking me from being unable to stand to being able to walk independently using walking stick(s). They know to push me to achieve improvements with { } pushing to far.

Suggested improvements
Just two incidents that happened on the same night./n1. I needed assistance in the toilet. A nurse time I had not seen on the ward before or since, attended and said you are independent so you can do it yourself and let me done to { }./n2. The same night when again I needed assistance in the toilet the second nurse on duty attended and very angrily said you must stay doing this it is not fair only!

Response from Isebrook Hospital

I am really sorry that staff behaved this way towards you. This is the opposite to what we expect. I have escalated your comment to the ward manager. Best wishes, Hugh Jones, Patient Experience Manager
