[name removed] was great. We resolved a lot of pain in my back. She kept encouraging me to do exercises and try them at the gym. Which I did get round to doing and they do make a difference. She came up with good tweaks to improve things, like squat with a raiser under my heel.

Suggested improvements
Encourage rest time. Be open that doing the exercises may cause pain, but that it should generally help in time. Try to work through the pain the exercises may cause.
