The staff are professional and friendly but more staff required - takes too long to answer bells.

Thank you for your comment. We are sorry that some people have had to wait for call bells to be answered or to go to the toilet. We continue to stress the importance of answering call bells as quickly as possible and are going to carry out an audit of our response to calls.
