I had an appointment with the mental health for September 9th which was cancelled I have had no follow correspondence regarding a alternative appointment and I have suicidal tendencies and my mental health can deteriorate rapidly we are now October and I presented with my problem in July and still no resolution.
Suggested improvements
I feel my local G.P could of dealt with my needs but said I had to be referred to the Mental health team and hear I am still in the same situation 3 months on ... Dreadful situation to leave someone with mental health issues.
