I am still waiting to be seen by a professional physiologist since February 2022. My appointments have been cancelled, I've been accused of not engaging with the service when I was told to engage with only 1 service at a time. My case has been closed without notification. No one calls me back when they say they will. Any calls to me are made by a private number with no message left so I am unable to identify who has called me or give me a contact number to call back. I've done 3 telephone assessments with no further action???

Everything! It's a disgrace how I have been treated.
