Being cared for and appreciate it. Patient was taking too long after pressing buzzer to go to toilet during night shift.

Thank you for your feedback. All the community hospital wards have audited patient satisfaction to response times and overall patients were satisfied with these. It is acknowledged that there will be isolated incidents when patients felt they have waited too long which may be due to conflicting priorities in response to patients needs which is difficult to anticipate. These audits will be periodically undertaken.
